ESOPs are trusts established by Corporations that act as a tax-qualified, defined-contribution retirement plan by making the Corporation's Employees partial owners.

ESOPs provide numerous benefits to the Employer and Employees. The main benefit to the Employees is the ability to share in the company's success and future. Implementing an ESOPs may accomplish a number of the owner's and management's near and long-term objectives. These include:
