Hospital Income Plans (HI) - provide money needed for extra expenses when an Employee is hospitalized. Additional expenses may include:

            Deductibles & Co-insurance            Private Room

            Lawn & House Care                            Pet Care

Generally, the plans pay a daily, weekly or monthly amount stipulated in the policy, regardless of the actual expense incurred. The plans are also known as hospital confinement, supplemental medical, and hospital indemnity insurance plans. Plans may pay additional amounts if the insured is in intensive care, cancer confinement, or needs emergency treatment for accidental injury.
