Integrated Employee Benefits Encompass traditional Core Benefits, Voluntary Worksite Plans, Ancillary Plans, and Tax Advantaged IRSC Plans.  Combining all benefits under one Strategic Benefit Plan can save time and money for everyone concerned - Brokers, TPAs, Enrollment Companies, Employers, and Employees.



















In the past Employee Benefit Plans - Core and Voluntary/Worksite (with the Ancillary and Tax Advantaged IRSC Plans offered by one or the other) - were offered by two separate Brokers who seldom had contact and did not integrate the Plans, Programs, and /or Services to avoid duplicity and confusion.

More recently -  a new type of Broker has emerged that provides expertise working with both Core and Voluntary/Worksite Plans and in many cases can provide Enrollment Services.  These merged capacities provide a number of advantages for Employers and Employees.  These Include:

          > A process for Employee Education, Communication, Enrollment and Data Distribution
             Management reducing time and confusion.
          > Less Duplication of Coverage that helps reduce the waste of Invested Benefit Dollars.  
          > A reduction in the number of Parties with whom the Employers and Employees must meet.
          > Less Confusion regarding Administrative Processes, Eligibility, and Claims Management.
