Employee Recognition Plans

Employee Recognition Plans are offered by Organizations focused on rewarding Employees in the workplace for contributing to the success of the Employer. When Employers recognize Employees effectively, they reinforce the actions and behaviors that they would like to see repeated.                 some level.
        2). Recognition should be attached to "real"
                 accomplishments and goals obtained.
        3). The Employees that are recognized should be informed
                 about their actions that qualified them.
        4). Any Employee providing the same qualifying serve should
                 be equally recognized.
        5). The recognition should be as close in timing to the
                 performance being recognized as possible.
        6). The direct managers should not be involved in the
                 selection - this will avoid the perception of "favoritism".
        7). As best possible, the reward should be a surprise and
                 witnessed by other Employees.
